Etta James Terminally Ill

A court battle is in full swing between her husband Artis Mills and her son Donto James for control of her estate, estimated at over $1 million.

The blues and soul singer, who fought heroin addiction in the '70s, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993 and was played by Beyonc� in the 2008 movie Cadillac Records.
