(RockAAA) Panic Cell have released a statement via their website and facebook page telling fans that [Sonisphere UK] will be their last show.

The statement opened with the declaration that their appearance at the festival would be their last: "It would be great if you could come down and join us for our final party at Knebworth Park on the Jagermeister stage at 3pm, Saturday 9th July 2011. Be part of THE FINAL FLING, LASHINGS of cold shots in true Cell Style and a MASSIVE surprise or 2!"

Explaining the reasoning behind their decision the statement continued: "Some dubious business decisions and that necessary mother of all evil "money" played a hand in knocking us down.
