Daniel Baldwin's Wife Hit With Divorce Papers and Arrested For DUI

Joanne Baldwin was busted in the Portland, Oregon area yesterdat afternoon. Daniel got a restraining order, and in his declaration he said Joanne had a serious drinking problem that had been escalating and that she had prior DUIs, for which she is on probation.
