Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Steven Tyler Event Sells Out in 10 Minutes

. (Gibson) The first-ever iHeartRadio Music Festival sold out in 10 minutes over the weekend, thanks to a lineup packed with some of music's biggest stars, according to Billboard.com. The two-day event will take place September 23-24 in Las Vegas and feature music from Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Steven Tyler, the Black Eyed Peas, Carrie Underwood and others.

The fest is part of the launch of the new iHeartRadio, a digital radio station. The diverse lineup is meant to reflect some of the biggest stars in pop, R&B, rock and country. It's the kind of festival where music fans can see Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Jane's Addiction and Kenny Chesney.

The iHeartRadio Music Festival will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest , take place at the MGM Grand and feature special appearances by Sting and Usher. more on this story
