(The 1st Five) Converge has announced via their official Facebook page that they will be cancelling the rest of the few shows left on their current U.S. tour due to health issues encountered by one of their members. "Unfortunately on our day drive from St. Louis to Austin, one of our members had a serious health scare. We rushed him to the nearest ER were he was looked at by some fine Oklahoma doctors." more

(Billboard) Kid Rock's latest album, "Born Free," has been out barely seven months, but he's hatching plans for its successor. "We've already started writing for the next record and talking about the feel and where we want to go with it," Rock told Billboard.com more
