(Gibson) Killers frontman Brandon Flowers recently discussed the band's progress on their next album. Flowers told BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe that they've "found a groove."

"When something's good and we feel like it's going to be a keeper, we put it up on a board and we have four or five up there right now," he said. "We've had a few breakthroughs and so it's exciting to have those moments again and to reminisce about great moments that we've had together. It's nice, the idea of putting something new out again."

The album will be The Killers' first full-length studio release since 2008's Day & Age. In the meantime, drummer Ronnie Vannucci and Flowers each released solo records. The singer said that creating his own album, Flamingo, helped his approach on the new Killers stuff. more on this story
