. According to Music-news.com, Britain's "Peter Pan of Pop" was recently in Memphis working on a soul album (Soulicious) with producer David Gest and singers Freda Payne and Candi Staton. While visiting Gus's Fried Chicken in Memphis, Gest bet Richard that he couldn't cook Southern food.
