Black Country Communion Announce U.S. Tour

(Gibson) As reported yesterday on, Black Country Communion have scheduled a run of U.S. tour dates this summer.

The supergroup, featuring guitar hero Joe Bonamassa, Deep Purple/Black Sabbath vocalist Glenn Hughes, Led Zeppelin drum scion Jason Bonham and Dream Theater keyboardist Derek Sherinian, have only played a handful of shows so far none on U.S. soil.

The band are currently working on a follow-up to their 2010 debut album, Black Country. As with Black Country, the new record will be produced by Kevin Shirley (Iron Maiden, The Black Crowes). The group have tentatively slated the release for early summer.

June 11 - Salt Lake City, UT - The Depot
June 13 - St. Louis, MO - The Pageant

June 17 - Hampton Beach, NH - Casino Ballroom
