(Gibson) America's Baby Cancer Foundation is launching a new program, Rock for Kidz, with the help of some of the biggest names in popular music. Up for sale are the worldwide publishing rights to a previously unreleased song by Willie Nelson and a rare print by Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood.

The Willie Nelson song, titled "Indian Paintbrushes, Blue Bonnets and You," was recorded by Nelson with the late Johnny Darrell. Nelson gifted the song to Darrell and his wife Jody. Darrell, who had hits in the '60s and '70s with "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town" and "With Pen in Hand," died in 1997 from complications related to diabetes.

The Ronnie Wood artwork, titled "Conversation Piece," was painted by Wood in 2005 and depicts the Stones rehearsing together. Only 290 numbered limited editions of the painting were made. more on this story
