Preteen Metal Heads Battle for Success

. (Rock News Desk) You buy the instrument, you learn the basics, you find a group of like-minded people and start a band. For many, that's where it ends. If you get as far as the pay-to-play and battle of the bands stage, you're doing better than most. But it's still a minefield. Imagine how it must feel if you're ten years old.

The Dragon Slayers are a duo from southern England in just that position. Last night they played in the semi-final of a national competition with a �100,000 top prize.
