Paul McCartney Turns To Dave Grohl For Heavy Rock Album

Paul McCartney is planning to make a heavy rock album and he's asked Dave Grohl for tips on how to go about it.

The ex-Beatle is attracted to the notion of recording in a garage, like the Foo Fighters did with their current album Wasting Light.

"A heavier rock album sounds quite wacky, but it keeps it fresh," He tells Rolling Stone. "I love what Dave did. I love that you get a crazy idea and go with it. You never know, I may run into a garage and make this album. But it won't be in Dave's garage." more on this story
