Metallica Failed Concert Organizers In Custody

(hennemusic) Four organizers of the cancelled Metallica show in Gurgaon, India have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days by a local court, reports DNA.

Rajesh Kumar (General Manager, DNA Entertainment Networks) and his colleagues Umesh Chinara, Ashok Singh and Savio Faleiro were taken under custody on October 28 against the cheating charges and breach of trust, and were sent to police custody for around six days.

The lawyer for the accused persons said he will move their bail appeal on Friday. The process for obtaining refunds by ticket holders was announced earlier this week, as the mess following last Friday's cancelled Metallica show in Gurgaon is slowly getting cleaned up. more on this story
