The Story of The Beatles Apple Records To Become A Movie
. The film will be called 'The Longest Cocktail Party' and will focus on the brief but important period between the founding of Apple Records in 1968 until the Beatles recording sessions for 'Let It Be.' Based on Richard DiLello's book, the title references the hey days of Apple Records, when entertaining guests in lavish style was a common practice and one that helped lead to the company's downfall. But don't look for the fab four in the film and there is an Oasis connection as well. Ultimate Classic Rock is an official news provider for the Day in Rock.
