Marc Anthony Files For Divorce From Jennifer Lopez (Recap)
. In the papers, filed April 9 in L.A. County Superior Court, Marc is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's twins, Emme and Max -- who are 4 years old. Marc wants the judge to shut the door on Jennifer if she asks for spousal support. Marc does not list a specific date of separation, but the couple announced their split back in July. They married in 2004. This will be Jennifer's 3rd divorce and the numero dos for Marc.
