Speaking with Billboard.com, frontwoman Shirley Manson promised that Garbage are back in full force and have no plans to take another long break.

"I don't think it would be good for any of us," Manson said. "I think right now everyone feels in a very good place, creatively. How long everyone will have the stomach for the road I'm not sure, but I do know everybody is excited about making music, so we'll see."

Producer and drummer Butch Vig seconded her statement, insisting that Garbage "won't be going on hiatus, at least not any time in the near future. We were all pretty excited about this recording process, and I think there are a lot of ideas that are still percolating in our brain space as a band." - more on this story
