(TMZ) Kate Major has completed her 30-day stint in rehab for alcohol issues and is currently undergoing aftercare treatment in northern California ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Kate made great progress during her stay at a treatment center in Boca Raton, FL. We're told Major has no plans other than to focus on her sobriety.

As TMZ first reported, Major was hospitalized during her rehab after she suffered a seizure. Sources close to Major tell us her health has good and she has not suffered any seizures since. more on this story
