Alice In Chains Working On New Album

(hennemusic) As previously reported, Alice In Chains are hitting the studio this year to record a new album.

Rolling Stone now reports guitarist/vocalist Jerry Cantrell confirms the band will be working on the follow-up to 2009's "Black Gives Way To Blue," which was their first album featuring new singer William Duvall.

"We started writing last year," Cantrell told the magazine at the recent Dimebash tribute in L.A., the annual show in honor late guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott. More from Jerry here.
