Early reports suggested that Jennifer Lopez may not return as a judge, focusing her energies instead on her music and television producer duties.

And, while the status of Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson isn't known, a new name has popped up: Adam Lambert. E! News reports that sources say the program has been in talks with Lambert for the past month. more on this story
