Kevin Richardson has reunited with the Backstreet Boys completing the lineup of Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell and AJ McLean in time for their 20th Anniversary next April.

Backstreet Boys will make their first official performance together with Kevin on Good Morning America's "Summer Concert Series" on Friday, August 31st. This special concert in Central Park is free and open to the public. For more information on how to attend visit gmaconcerts.com.

Nick, Howie, Brian, AJ and Kevin are currently in a London studio with producer Martin Terefe (Mary J Blige, Train, Jason Mraz), working on their first new album together since 2005. The new album will be released in the spring of 2013.

Richardson happily says, "Being back with my brothers again feels great. I love these guys. We have gone through so much together. We just have a chemistry ... a bond that will always be." Litrell adds, "Having Kevin back in the mix adds that extra special magic to our group. We're over the moon to have him back and it's a great way to give back to our fans."

"We couldn't be happier to have our brother back with us" says Carter
