Bratz Vs Lady Gaga

The company behind the Bratz dolls brand have filed suit against Lady Gaga and her management company seeking $10 million over the delay of a Gaga branded doll.

In the suit, the company accuses the pop star of deliberately delaying the release of the Lady Gaga doll, pushing back a planned Christmas release until next year to coincide with an album release, according to the BBC.

MGA Entertainment claims that Gaga and her management company wanted to focus on her upcoming branded perfume instead of the dolls and accuse Gaga of acting in "bad faith" by withholding her final approval for the Lady Gaga doll, according to the report.

Lady Gaga's merchandising company calls the complaint "meritless," reports the BBC. You read more from both sides in their report here.
