Glen Campbell Kicking Off KCRW's World Fest

KCRW's World Fest will kick off on Sunday, June 24th with Glen Campbell's "The Goodbye Tour" at the Hollywood Bowl.

Campbell will be joined by a line-up including Dawes (w/special guests), Jenny Lewis, Jackson Browne, Kris Kristofferson, Courtney Taylor-Taylor and Lucinda Williams.

The evening will be hosted by KCRW's own Anne Litt. In his final L.A. show, Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award Winner, Country Music Hall of Famer and true icon of American music Glen Campbell brings his country sensibility and classic hits ("Gentle on My Mind," "Wichita Lineman," "Southern Nights") to the Bowl. In the first half, Dawes, with some special guest friends, will tip their hat to the original "Rhinestone Cowboy."
