ZZ Top's Gibbons, MGMT, The Kills and More Tribute Fleetwood Mac
. The U.K. blues pioneers, then led by Peter Green, were an early guitar influence on Gibbons, as well as on Aerosmith's Joe Perry. Fleetwood Mac later became pop/rock stars with Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks as frontpeople. Gibbons is returning a favor � drummer Mick Fleetwood and bassist John McVie appeared on a ZZ Top tribute earlier this year. Sonic Youth's Lee Ranaldo and Dinosaur Jr.'s J Mascis also duet on the album. The as-yet-untitled album will be released in the U.S. on September 14. Check out the tracklist here.
