Justin Bieber Paparazzo High Speed Chase Case Thrown Out
. Photographer Paul Raef was the first person to be prosecuted under California's new "paparazzi" law but the judge dismissed the charges citing a problem with the law, according to Reuters. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Thomas Robinson reportedly said that the 2010 law was "overly inclusive," and that the law "sweeps very widely and would increase the penalties for reckless driving" in unintended cases, Robinson said.
