(TMZ) Katt Williams was furious when Oakland police arrested him Thursday morning and TMZ has the arrest footage.

TMZ broke the story ... Katt was arrested outside Kimball's Carnival in East Oakland around 3AM after allegedly hitting someone in the head with a bottle at a nearby hotel. He was released Thursday afternoon.

In the video, Katt also seems to claim he was outnumbered during the alleged hotel fight -- saying, "Four dudes ... one of me" -- but the audio isn't clear. Watch the video here.
