Sunday night's broadcast of 60 Minutes featured correspondent Bob Simon's report on Detroit singer-songwriter Rodriguez. CBS sent over some extra footage that wasn't part of the broadcast:

While he was living in poverty, he was becoming more popular than the Beatles in South Africa, and didn't even know it.

60MinutesOvertime.com, a weekly web show that begins where the weekly television broadcast ends, has behind-the-scenes clips of Rodriguez singing "Sugar Man", "I Wonder", and "Forget it".

60MinutesOvertime.com also has an interview with correspondent Bob Simon and producer Michael Gavshon where they talk about interviewing Rodriguez.
