Counting Crows will broadcast their November 4th 2012 SXSW concert event on AXS TV.

"Going out this Fall with Mean Creek and Tender Mercies is going to be a hell of a ride. Plus, we promised the people in the South and the West that we were coming back this year. Well...here we come," explained frontman Adam Duritz.

The concert event airs on Sunday, November 4th starting at 8:00pm ET / 5:00pm PT exclusively on AXS TV.
