. TMZ broke the story, Chad was charged with battery Wednesday following his domestic violence arrest in Florida on August 11th. According to Chad's wife, the former NFL player headbutted her during a massive argument that erupted over a condom receipt. If convicted, Chad faces up to a year in jail.
