Fall Out Boy Premiere New Song Online
. Late Thursday (April 5), the band unveiled a catchy acoustic-guitar-powered new track titled "Young Volcanos." The cheerful, hand-clapping sing-along falls in contrast to the more aggressive new singles from the band, "The Phoenix" and "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)." "Young Volcanos" harkens back to the band's 2005 crowd-pleasers "Dance, Dance" and "Sugar, We're Going Down." The first album of new material from the band since 2008′s Folie Deux, Save Rock and Roll hosts a cavalcade of collaborators including Courtney Love, Elton John and Georgia rapper 2 Chainz. When the first of these collaborations was revealed to be Mr. Chainz, fans were dumbstruck. "The night I went out with 2 Chainz to talk about this, we took a picture together," Pete Wentz told MTV. "He posted it on the Internet like, 'Fall Out Boy featuring 2 Chainz.' Kids were like, 'That's not real.'" Check out the new song here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
