Daft Punk's 'Get Lucky' Gets Nintendo Treatment

.
(Radio.com) After what seemed like dozens of bogus fan-created versions of Daft Punk's new single, "Get Lucky," the song finally hit the streets (April 19) and brought calm to an otherwise writhing sea of fakes.

But just because the single is officially out (and currently at #19 on Billboard's Hot 100) doesn't mean it hasn't already become fodder for amateur remixers the world over.

Taking existing parts or "stems" from the song and re-arranging them is one thing. But it's a whole other thing to reinterpret the funky disco-inspired track in '80s Nintendo 8-bit video game style, or rather "chip tune."

Listen to Floating Point's very robotic sounding "Get Lucky" here.
