(Classic Rock) Megadeth got into the seasonal spirit during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this week. Dave Mustaine and co were there to promote current album Super Collider – but they took time out to shoot a comedy advert for an imaginary Christmas album entitled Thrashing Through The Snow.
Singer Jenny Lewis and a group of children got in on the act as Megadeth dirtied up Frosty The Snowman, The Little Drummer Boy, Do You Hear What I Hear and Baby It's Cold Outside.
And their Christmas message to fans was: "These are the carols we grew up loving, and you'll love them too – or Santa will kick you in the throat." The band also found time to perform their Super Collider track Kingmaker, without woolly jumpers.
