Randy Blythe's Manslaughter Trial Begins
. The singer has been charged for the death of a fan who died two weeks after being allegedly injured at the band's concert in Prague in 2010. Prior to going to court, Blythe posted the following comments for fans via Instagram, "And so it begins. I am calm and prepared. Everyone, thanks for your good thoughts and prayers. Have a nice day, y'all!" He also posted a photo showing him in a suit and with his hair cut short. Blythe addressed the court once the trail got underway and said, "I've kept my word. I said that I would come back to court today and I did. I do not shy away from responsibility. I'm not a person who runs away from problems. But I do not want to be punished for something I did not do." See the photo and a Czech TV news report about the trial and more details about the first day here.
