Mumford & Sons Prepared For Daunting Grammy Performance
. Mumford & Sons are no strangers to the Grammy stage. In 2011 the band performed with Bob Dylan and the Avett Brothers. This year, Mumford & Sons will have the spotlight once more and their nerves are just beginning to take over. Nominated for six Grammys, the band are grateful for the recognition they've been receiving. "It's been amazing. America has been so good to us," Ben Lovett told MIX 104.1/Boston. "We've been touring really hard here since that performance that we did with Bob Dylan. We're really excited about taking on the responsibility of being a big boy band now and finally trying to step into some shoes. There always has to be a band that goes out and does their thing. We're just trying our best." The band just announced their 2013 Gentlemen of the Road Tour. Described as "Stopovers," the tour is a two-day event in each town with a Friday night concert and all-day Saturday event. more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
