Arnold Schwarzenegger Opens Up To Extra

(Extra) In a new interview with "Extra's" Mario Lopez, Arnold Schwarzenegger opens up about his new movie "Last Stand" and the state of his relationship today with Maria Shriver.

Mario, "It's nice to see everything going well with the family and the kids being so happy." Arnold, "Things are going well, and I have to credit my wife who has been terrific in keeping everything together. Arnold and his wife Maria Shriver separated in May 2011, but have not divorced. Mario asked the former Governor, "Would you say Maria is the love of your life?" Arnold, "Oh yes, absolutely."

Mario went on to ask Arnold about his book, Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story, "In your book you were very forthcoming about mistakes you made, what do you wish you could have approached differently or handled?" Arnold replied, "Not make the mistakes, simple, it's always good to be smart in hindsight."

Mario asked, "How does it feel to come back after so many years?" Arnold, "It feels great."

After Arnold left the governor's mansion he focused on his family and re-igniting his movie career. Mario asked him about the tagline from "The Last Stand", "Retirement is for sissies," "Is that your personal motto too?" "Absolutely."

And Arnold is serious, he is not slowing down, three of his past movies have sequels coming out, "Right now Universal Studios is having a great script written to continue with the Conan series, Terminator 5 is in the works and then the sequel to twins, Triplets, with Danny DeVito.
