On Wednesday Photographer Killed Trailing Justin Bieber's Car was a top story. Here is the recap: A photographer was killed while attempting to photograph pop star Justin Bieber's car during a traffic stop on New Year's Day.

California Highway Patrol had pulled over Justin Bieber's white Ferrari for a routine traffic stop on the 405 Freeway, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Bieber was not in the vehicle, it was being driven by a friend who was instructed by police to pull off the freeway onto Sepulveda Blvd in Los Angeles.
