Metallica Reveal 3D Movie Details and Set Release Date (A Top Story)

.
On Wednesday Metallica Reveal 3D Movie Details and Set Release Date was a top story. Here is the recap: Metallica have revealed the theatrical release date and more details about their new 3D movie.

The movie will be titled "Metallica Through The Never" and it is set to be released to movie theaters on August 9th.

The film was written and directed by Nimród Antal and was filmed in Vancouver in August of 2012. The synopsis is as follows:

"The film stars the band and Dane DeHaan (Chronicle, The Amazing Spider-Man 2). DeHaan plays a young band crew member who is sent out on an urgent mission while the band is playing a rousing live set in front of a sold-out crowd and unexpectedly finds his world turned completely upside down."

Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich had this to say, "Metallica's way of doing things is to jump into unexplored creative endeavors with no safety net whatsoever. Putting this movie together for the last couple of years has been a pretty wild ride, and we've definitely done our share of flying without a net!" - Read more details on the band's website.
