On Friday Allman Brothers Band Releasing First Concert Following Duane's Death was a top story. Here is the recap: The Allman Brothers Band have set a February 12th release date for two classic live performances, one from 1972 and one from 1973 which were captured on a two-track reel-to-reel soundboard master tape.

The 1972 hometown show took place on February 11th in Macon, Ga. and was the band's first concert following Duane Allman's death.

The concert featured all original members; keyboardist Gregg Allman, drummers Butch Trucks and Jaimoe, bassist Berry Oakley and guitarist Dickey Betts.

The other live recording being released took place on May 1, 1973 at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY and featured a different lineup of the group which included Chuck Leavell and Lamar Williams.

Four songs from the show have not appeared on any of the previous live or archival releases: "Come & Go Blues," "Wasted Words," "Jessica" and "Ramblin' Man." - more on this story
