Katy Perry, KISS, Macklemore Appear In Bonnie McKee's New Video (Recap)

.
On Friday Katy Perry, KISS, Macklemore Appear In Bonnie McKee's New Video was a top story. Here is the recap: (Radio.com) Bonnie McKee may not be a well-known name to the average person, but she's very well known among their favorite pop stars. As a songwriter, McKee's had a hand in writing massive hits: Katy Perry's "California Gurls," "Last Friday Night," "Part Of Me," "Teenage Dream" and "Wide Awake"; Taio Cruz's "Dynamite," Britney Spears' "Hold It Against Me," Ke$ha's "C'mon"; and album tracks for Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera and Adam Lambert.

That's precisely why it's no huge surprise to see a cast of famous faces, including Katy Perry (who tweeted about the video, "Want to see me in bed in my pj's?") and Ke$ha, show up in McKee's new video for "American Girl."

More unexpected? When KISS popped in on the action for no apparent reason. The best cameo perhaps goes to Macklemore, who filmed himself in his bathtub just singing along wholeheartedly.

It looks like McKee simply asked her famous friends to grab their webcams and film themselves singing along to her single. The video gets cameos across music worlds from Adam Lambert, Carly Rae Jepsen, Jewel, Tommy Lee of Mφtley Crόe, Jason Derulo, Karmin, Taio Cruz, Nicole Scherzinger, Becky G and Lance Bass of *NSYNC. - Check out the video
