(Radio.com) Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson, the Roots co-founder, Late Night With Jimmy Fallon band leader, and harbinger of all things cool, is drumming up a new memoir called Mo' Meta Blues: The World According to Questlove.According to a press release, Mo' Meta Blues will tell stories of the composer's influences and "some pivotal moments in Black music and pop culture." The book will also delve into his early years and life as the son of doo-wop singer Lee Andrews of Lee Andrews & the Hearts. And because Questo has lots of thoughts on music and more, he will unload his "musings about the state of hip hop, the state of music criticism
as well as a plethora of run-ins with celebrities, idols and fellow artists." more on this story
