Nicki Minaj Late For American Idol Live Broadcast (Recap)

On Friday Nicki Minaj Late For American Idol Live Broadcast was a top story. Here is the recap: (popmusiclife) Nicki Minaj arrived late for Wednesday's American Idol live broadcast. The singer was 13 minutes late for the program, which caused her to miss the first performance of the night by Curtis Finch Jr.; she did make it just before Janelle Arthur took the stage.

Host Ryan Seacrest took Minaj's seat at the judges table, telling viewers, "I hear she's seven minutes out and there's some congestion on the 405. She should be here momentarily."

Minaj was tweeting on her way to the show, writing "Stuck in traffic *sighs*", later adding "F**k u Malibu!!!!!!!!!!!! *moves to Beverly Hills*"

Seacrest also had some fun with the incident, jokingly asking judges Keith Urban, Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson, "Which one of you gave Nicki the wrong directions today? Which one of you drained the fuel from her car?" - Watch video of her late arrival here.
