The Pistol Annies Keep New Hush Hush Video In The Family

( The Pistol Annies dropped their sophomore album Annie Up earlier this week. And now they've revealed a new music video for their sassy single "Hush Hush" that's made all the more fun because it includes some of the bandmates' real-life family members.

And the special guests don't stop there. In addition to the Annies (Miranda Lambert, Angaleena Presley, and Ashley Monroe) and their familes, the video also stars Country Music (and Rock and Roll) Hall of Famer Brenda Lee and Grammy-winning country singer Jim Lauderdale.

The latter plays a Southern preacher, who at the start of the video invites his congregation to a Sunday afternoon church picnic, where most of the action takes place.

The song is about all the dirty little secrets roiling beneath the surface of a small, presumably clean-cut community. The video shows the three Annies dishing gossip during the picnic as family members and friends pass glances, load up on fried chicken, treat themselves to a few tokes, and even sneak sips from a hidden flask.

Oh, the woman with the flask? Find out here. is an official news provider for
