Amy Winehouse Exhibit Coming This Summer
. Amy Winehouse: A Family Portrait debuts July 3 at the Jewish Museum in Camden and runs until September 15, the day after Winehouse's birthday. The exhibit will include unseen photographs of the singer, along with personal belongings like her guitar, record collection and one of her GRAMMY awards from the 2008 show where she took home five statues for Back To Black. Winehouse's family, who helped curate the show, explained to Vogue UK why they decided to team up with the museum. "Amy was someone who was incredibly proud of her Jewish-London roots," Alex Winehouse, Amy's brother, said. "We weren't religious, but we were traditional. I hope, in this most fitting of places, that the world gets to see this other side, not just to Amy, but to our typical Jewish family." more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
