(Radio.com) While Queens of the Stone Age's new album, ...Like Clockwork, is set for release on June 4, the album is currently being streamed on iTunes for the next week leading up to the big day.

Boasting dark and wildly diverse tracks like "I Appear Missing" and "Kalopsia," the new album is shaping up to be one of the most essential rock releases of the year. Listen here and decide for yourself.

Queens of the Stone Age recently played most of the new album mixed in with a wide cross-section of older material during a special L.A. theater show, with such celebrities as Morrissey, Jack White and Kat Von D spotted among the crowd.

The album recently received a boost from celeb chef Anthony Bourdain, who penned the band's official bio that accompanies the release, stating in part:

"Whatever happened out there, in whatever desert arroyo, former meth lab, decommissioned missile silo, nuclear test site, underground laboratory, convergence of brain waves and gamma rays, QOTSA emerges with not only their best work to date, but one of the most ambitious, fully realized rock albums in recent memory." more on this story
