Black Star Riders Pondering Next Album

11/08/2013
.
(Classic Rock) Black Star Riders guitarist Scott Gorham admits he'll be interested to see whether their second album moves away from the Thin Lizzy sound, that's if there is a second album.

They are currently touring on the back of well-received debut release All Hell Breaks Loose, which started life as a Thin Lizzy record before the band decided to move away from Phil Lynott's band's name.

And Gorham has already had some thoughts about a follow-up. "If we'll be doing another one it will be next September," He tells The Rocktologist. "There were 12 songs on All Hell Breaks Loose but we had 18 written. Those that were left out could easily be included the next time round. And the band is constantly writing new material, so it's not like we're sitting around doing nothing.

"It's all pretty exciting stuff. We'll need to review the situation when we get to the next album." more on this story
