Mastodon Releasing New Beer (A Top Story)

.
On Monday Mastodon Releasing New Beer was a top story. Here is the recap: (Prog) Mastodon have unveiled some details about their new "Black Tongue Brew" beer, which goes on sale on December 3 and is available for pre-order now.

The 8.3ABV beverage, named after a track on their fifth album The Hunter, is described as a balance of "rumbling smoky notes and misbehaving punchy hops." British craft beer makers Signature Brew explain: "The band wanted to create a 'palate crusher' and that's certainly what's been delivered. It's a beer for enjoying slowly, letting the bombardment of flavour and intensity hit your tongue and explode with every sip."

It's the second time Mastodon have been involved in brewing four years ago they release a limited-edition lager. Meanwhile, they're hard at work on the follow-up to The Hunter, with around 20 songs written, and drummer Brann Dailor has revealed they've hired producer Nick Raskulinecz to assist. - more on this story
