(hennemusic) Megadeth have been added to the lineup for the November 22nd tribute concert in Nashville honoring the late country music legend George Jones. Megadeth will contribute a performance of Jones' song "Wild Irish Rose".

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine admits the song "may be an unexpected choice", given country music legend's catalog, but he says that Jones' 1998 song is "a perfect example of Mr. Jones' way of reaching inside every one of us, and making us aware that we all have pain."

Megadeth will join a lineup that will feature Kid Rock and Sam Moore Charlie Daniels, Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire, and many, many more. more on this story
