(Radio.com) Rapper 50 Cent has avoided jail time for a domestic dispute in Los Angeles with an ex-girlfriend (model Daphne Narvaez, the mother of his second child) this past summer, instead receiving three years of probation when he pleaded no contest to an accompanying charge of vandalism after being accused of kicking her and destroying property.

According to CBS News, the "In Da Club" rapper will have to pay $7100 in restitution for the damages, as well as serve a year in domestic violence classes and dedicate 30 days to community service.

"The agreement called for Mr. Jackson to plead no contest to a single count of misdemeanor vandalism, which deals with the door of the apartment that was damaged and owned by the landlord," said his attorney Scott Leemon in a statement, referring to the rapper's real name, Curtis Jackson III.

"All remaining counts, including, the domestic violence charge will be dismissed. He has agreed to perform community service, attend counseling sessions and will be on unsupervised probation for a period of three years." more on this story
