Chester Bennington Brings Fun Back To Stone Temple Pilots

(TeamRock Radio) Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington says one of the best things about having joined Stone Temple Pilots is watching the band having fun again.

STP sacked Scott Weiland in February, saying he created a "toxic" environment around them. Both parties are suing each other. Bennington was revealed as the new frontman in April, when it was revealed they were working on an EP together although he's continuing to work with Linkin Park too.

"Writing songs with these guys, that's something I can check off my list of s*** to do," He tells Rolling Stone. "For us the transition has been about as smooth as possible.

"The fact that we all get on so well, we enjoy each others' company we have same work ethic and we enjoy what we're doing, it's a trip in a lot of ways." more on this story
