Lamb Of God Frustrated By Malaysia Ban

09/05/2013
.
(TeamRock Radio) Lamb Of God admit they're frustrated after their planned concert in Malaysia was refused a permit by the country's Department Of Islamic Development. And they've offered to meet with anyone who believes the contents of their songs are in any way offensive.

Authorities said they'd decided to ban the show after seeing a video in which LOG appeared to quote verses of the Quran during a concert although the clip was later found to have been fake.

Promoters Livescape rushed in to take the blame on behalf of the government, saying they'd called off the show as a result of death threats made against the band, along with "objections raised by various groups."

LOG themselves say they made the decision not to keep applying pressure to have the show approved. Read what they had to say.
