Isolated Vocal Tracks from The Beatles' 'Abbey Road' Shine

(Radio.com) If you spent time listening to all the bonus tracks from the Beach Boys' Smile Sessions Box Set to hear the Wilson Bros. line up their harmonies take after take, you know they were absolute perfectionists.

From listening to The Beatles' isolated vocal tracks from Abbey Road, it's more their almost-perfectionism that give them such personality. Of course, Paul McCartney shines.

Jump ahead four decades into the future, and Macca is riding high on his new single, "New." The more things change, the more they stay the same.

McCartney's new solo album New will be out October 14. The Beatle worked with a grip of new producers for his 16th studio album including Mark Ronson, Adele hit-maker Paul Epworth, Ethan Johns (son of Glyn), and Giles Martin, son of "fifth Beatle" and producer George Martin. Check out the isolated vocals video.
