George Jones Tribute Show Adds George Strait, Miranda Lambert, More
. Taking place this coming Nov. 22 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., the long-sold-out show was originally scheduled as part of Jones' final concert tour (dubbed The Grand Tour after one of his most famous songs), and it was to be his last live show in Music City. After Jones passed away, the concert remained on the books and turned into a tribute, honoring a man who was not only one of country's most legendary artists, but easily among the finest vocalists in all popular music. All previously announced artists are being reconfirmed, but the names include Alan Jackson, Dierks Bentley, Travis Tritt, Tanya Tucker, Josh Turner, The Oak Ridge Boys, Charlie Daniels, Jamey Johnson, Montgomery Gentry, and Sam Moore. more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
